For the salad
600 g curly fries
1/3 cucumber
1 red onion
300 g yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp dill
4 tbsp parsley

Preparation in 4 steps
Prepare the curly fries:
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Place the curly fries in the air fryer basket and cook for about 15-20 minutes, until crispy and golden brown. Shake the basket occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Prepare the salad:
While the curly fries are in the air fryer, dice the cucumber.
Peel the onion and dice it as well.
Then combine the ingredients in a large bowl, including yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, a crushed garlic clove, dill, and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the curly fries:
When the curly fries are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool briefly.
Add the curly fries to the salad in the bowl.
